PressME
PRESSURE MAPPING SYSTEMS
A revolutionary pressure mapping platform that seamlessly conforms to various surfaces, granting them the ability to detect and analyse pressure distribution and count pedestrians.
With PressME technology, the possibilities are endless – if you would like to join forces to create a better person counting system we would love to chat now.

The Technology
Our customizable pressure mapping platform leverages cutting-edge electrical tomography techniques to provide accurate force distribution analysis across a wide range of soft rubber materials. Unlike existing solutions, PressME stands out.

Low-Cost Hardware – Advanced pressure mapping capabilities with a lower tooling cost.
Conformity – Unparalleled range of hardnesses and flexibility for seamless integration.
Adaptable – Shape the sensor platform to fit unique surfaces and applications with ease.
Non-Invasive Wiring – Minimise mechanical interference and maximise sensing area with discrete boundary electrode placement.
Integration Focused – Gain actionable insights through our API and data analysis tools.
Scalable – The pressure sensing mats can customised in size to suit your needs.
Unique Differences in Technology

Pilot Opportunities
We’re currently inviting a small number of pilot sites to test PressME in:
- Retail stores and shopping centres (foot-traffic analysis)
- Smart city planning (foot-traffic analysis)
- Event venues, sports, and stadiums (crowd flow & safety)
- Office and co-working spaces (space utilisation)
- Aged-care facilities (mobility monitoring)
- Any other areas that can be benefited from our technology.
Who Are We?

Richie Ellingham – Founder
Eager to see the technology researched during my PhD in soft robotics to be used in a range of applications, I started PressME, focusing on the core strengths of the of an ‘artificial skin’ technology. I am currently engaged with a research group automating orchard and vineyard agriculture with mobile robotics with UC Vision.
